Hey, great city! We should broker some sort of sister city agreement. Or maybe a trade parternship? Your call. :)
free trade agreement? i don't want any city/state battles that plagued ancient greece... :)

In the end all the city/states made friends with each other. At least, when there was a common enemy like the Ottoman empire to battle. :)
